Health Courts: Exploring the Concept
Presented Jointly with Common Good and the Harvard School of Public Health

Thursday, May 5th, 2005

As the medical malpractice debate continues, one point on which many agree is that the current system for compensating medical injury does not work as well as it should.  The continuing debate provides a good opportunity to consider alternative approaches to the current tort system, including health courts.  This forum will present information about health courts and administrative compensation systems.  It will also solicit input from attendees.
