The AEI-Brookings Joint Center for Regulatory Studies welcomes you to a discussion between Bjorn Lomborg, author of the controversial book "The Skeptical Environmentalist" and Rafe Pomerance, Chairman of Americans for Equitable Climate Solutions.  The discussion will focus on whether or not the likely costs of the regulation and restriction of fossil fuel use––in such frameworks as the Kyoto Protocol or other efforts to reduce carbon dioxide emissions––outweigh the potential benefits.

Introduction:  Robert W. Hahn, Joint Center
Moderator:     James K. Glassman, American Enterprise Institute
Discussants:   Bjorn Lomborg, University of Aarhus, Denmark
